Puptown Grooming Salon, founded by Emma & Susan, is a family business driven by their deep love for animals.With over eight years of experience, they own a highly respected grooming salon, offering specialty cuts and serving as trusted groomers for dog rescue organizations GERDY’S and the SPCA.

**We will only attempt if the matting is not serious. We will not de-mat if it causes too much stress or discomfort on the dog.

Puptown Grooming Salon is a family business created by the mother and daughter team of Susan Gillespie and Emma Lafontaine. Susan and Emma have always had a deep love for animals, with their household being home to numerous furry friends. Some years back a life-changing incident caused them to re-evaluate their career paths and follow their true passion, working with animals.Susan and Emma subsequently attended and graduated from the accredited Ecole de Tonte de la Pagaille and now with over eight years of experience, they have fulfilled their dream to own their own grooming salon.Susan and Emma are highly respected within the dog grooming industry and both have in depth experience in grooming all varieties of domestic and exotic dog breeds. they are able to provide a vast array of specialty cuts and guarantee an unmatched grooming experience for your precious companion.Puptown is also the recognized dog groomers for the dog rescue organization GERDY’S and the SPCA.
